Orders, Deliveries and Freight
We aim to process your order within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please refer to shipping sections for delivery information and approximate lenght of time until your order is due to arrive. We will send you an email when your order is processed and your card debited or if there are any changes to your order that we wish to keep you informed of, in which case we will await your authorisation before processing the order. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/process and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

In the event that an item is mispriced, Rositabeads.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We aim to keep our prices competitive but please be aware that costs of freight, delivery, insurance, surcharge, processing fees and various expenses may be beyond our control and therefore are subject to change.

Refund Policy
In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, resaleable condition. While Rositabeads.com uses quality packaging and delivery services, we are not responsible for damage in transit that is deemed, at our discretion, to be beyond our control.
