Shipping Policy

We offer convenient shipping methods. You have the opportunity to choose between delivery methods and view the actual shipping charge for your order. Our Flat shipping for MYR5.00 will be presented for Malaysia based customers only.

Orders are severed on a first come first ship basis provided the items are in stock. Customer will be notified of any delay by email. For some orders we will be validating shipping and billing information. Assuming we have no difficulty validating, orders will be shipped in two business days.

Normal delivery times using POS MALAYSIA services is scheduled within 7 days from date of shipment. Some deliveries may require signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery by carrier. Shipping & Handling is not refundable on refused or undeliverable shipments.

Return Policy

In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, resaleable condition. While Rositabeads.com uses quality packaging and delivery services, we are not responsible for damage in transit that is deemed, at our discretion, to be beyond our control.
